Recruitment Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date] by and between All Industrial Job, a recruitment agency located at [Agency Address] ("Agency") and [Employer Name], a company located at [Company Address] ("Employer").

1. Engagement

The Employer engages All Industrial Job to assist in the recruitment of a suitable candidate for the position of [Job Title] ("Position").

2. Recruitment Fee

In consideration for the services provided by All Industrial Job, the Employer agrees to pay a recruitment fee equal to [Percentage]% of the annual starting salary offered to the selected candidate for the Position. This fee shall be payable upon the candidate's acceptance of the offer of employment.

3. Guarantee

All Industrial Job offers a guarantee period of three (3) months from the candidate's start date. If the candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated for reasons other than gross misconduct or violation of Company policies within this guarantee period, All Industrial Job shall provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost to the Employer.

4. Payment Terms

The Employer agrees to remit the recruitment fee within 15 days of the candidate's acceptance of the offer of employment.

5. Replacement

If a replacement candidate is required within the guarantee period as specified in Clause 3, All Industrial Job will undertake reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement candidate. The terms of this Agreement shall apply to the replacement candidate.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during engagement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in [City], per the rules of the [Arbitration Association].

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

9. Amendment
