Relate Search has partnered with an industrial manufacturer in Dallas, Texas and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our client's Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Innovation, and Customer Service departments—shaping the future of their growth and success.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans aligning with our client's business goals, collaborating across departments to ensure cohesive objectives.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Production & Manufacturing: Optimize processes for maximum efficiency, ensuring quality while minimizing costs and maintaining standards with partners.
- Capacity Planning & Supply Chain: Support supply chain planning, establish redundancy, and expand capacity for operational continuity and growth.
- Logistics & Customer Service: Improve end-to-end supply chain processes, elevating customer service responsiveness and logistics efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold and enhance quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and OSHA standards.
What You Need to Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management or Engineering or relevant experience. A master's degree in business administration (MBA) can be advantageous.
- 15+ years of Operations experience with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
- A proven track record of success in industrial manufacturing and supply chain management.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, including the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
